Have you tried accessing your computer with Safe Mode with Networking?  I have found that with the stop error 0x0000001A it can still be possible to access the desktop.

When your computer is booting up, you hit F8 repeatedly until the Safe Mode screen pops up.  Then you use the down arrow on your keyboard and select safe mode with networking.
